Argentinean (1960). She graduated in 1985 at U.N.N.E and got the Attorney degree . She is an English Translator and she is a registered expert at the  Superior Tribunal de Justicia of the Province of Chaco. She also got several specializations: in Civil Responsibility and Damage Law (1993) at the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste; in Labor Conciliation (2000) at the Libra Foundation; in Telecommunication Law (2005) at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Mediation at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, in Education, Language and Means at the Universidad de San Martin in 2005-2006. She was an Adscript  Teacher in Public Law II a course in the Accounting School at the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste in 1991 and 1992.

She is the Legal Advisor of the Federación Argentina de Radiodifusores, of the  Cámara de Radiodifusores of Chaco, Catamarca, Formosa and Salta. She was the Legal Advisor of the Sindicato de Obreros y Empleados Vitivinícolas (S.O.E.V.A.) in Chaco. She is also the Legal Advisor of the Sindicato Unión de Trabajadores Telefónicos of the Province of Chaco.

She was a member of the Directorio del Consejo Profesional de  Abogados of Resistencia from 1989 to 1992. She is a designed Co-Judge to be part of the Superior Tribunal de Justicia in several cases against the Poder Judicial de la Provincia del Chaco. She is a Proceeding Prosecutor ad hoc in important judicial processes in the Province of Chaco.
