Founder member, Argentinean (1947). He graduated in 1972 at U.N.N.E and got the Attorney degree. He worked as an Assistant in the Juzgado Laboral III in Resistencia. He was a legal advisor for many companies: Banco Nación S.A., Seguros San Cristóbal Cooperativa de Seguros. He has been working as a lawyer for 34 years.
